CMR Plastic Cassettes for Neptis DB Synthesis Module

The plastic cassettes offered by CMR are fully compatible with the Neptis DB synthesis module. These cassettes are single-use plastic devices designed to hold reagent kits. Each cassette includes cartridges for solid-phase purification. They are assembled in Class C cleanrooms and tested for microbiological cleanliness and the presence of bacterial endotoxins.

Neptis DB synthesis modules are engineered for routine automated production of radiopharmaceuticals (RFPs) that do not require preparative purification by HPLC. The Neptis DB modules can perform two consecutive syntheses of Fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) on a single cassette, with automatic cleaning carried out between syntheses without operator intervention.

The reagent kits supplied by CMR are fully compatible with the automatic sequence of operations in the Neptis DB synthesis module. Each batch is tested for chemical and physicochemical parameters, microbiological cleanliness or sterility, and the presence of bacterial endotoxins.
